Room for the whole familyThe French Room is decorated in the cheerful colors of Provence and overlooks the front lawn. Since it was originally built as the family’s guest room, it was furnished with a marble sink which still remains. It is the largest of our guest rooms and it doubled as a ballroom for the original family, a not uncommon arrangement for large houses of the period. It has two sleigh beds, one queen-sized and one twin. With room enough for a third bed and a couple of cribs, this large room nicely accommodates a family. The large private bath has an antique claw foot tub and a separate shower. There is WiFi, TV for movies, and a CD player/alarm clock.
