Open: June 1st- October 31st and January 1st – March 1st
and December dates by prior arrangement.

Serving full English afternoon tea Thursdays & Sundays,
other days & times by prior arrangement.
Advance reservations are essential.

No smoking.

Use of cell phones is restricted to guest bedrooms and phone booths.

Well-behaved children are warmly welcomed.

Gift certificates are available for room stays, special packages, and afternoon tea.

Every effort is made to accommodate your arrival
& departure times as well as your special needs.
Please let us know in advance.

Snow days are supposed to be fun so you’ll pay only half price for extra nights if you need to stay because of bad weather.

The first night’s stay may be charged to hold a reservation.
With fifteen day’s notice of cancellation, the deposit,
less a $25 per room cancellation fee, will be refunded.

Cancellation of a reservation where the first night’s stay was not charged
will incur the $25 per room cancellation fee.

Cancellation within the period of 15 days before arrival
will incur a charge equal to one night’s stay per room.

During certain holiday periods or when a party books four or more rooms,
the entire amount will be due for cancellation or early departure.

Early departure is subject to full payment unless the rooms are subsequently occupied.

Discount of 10% for stays of five or more consecutive days.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover accepted
as well as US or Canadian dollars, Euros, and British pounds.

Pets are not allowed.

The first floor of the Inn and the Garden Room are handicapped accessible.
Please confirm accessibility in advance January – March.
