The Lamoille County Players present Once Upon a Mattress, a delightful musical based on the classic children’s story The Princess and the Pea. The Thursday presentation begins at 7:00 p.m. so it’s very convenient to come to tea at the Governor’s House first and then walk across the street just in time for the show. Our theater tea, like several hotels in London, is our regular full afternoon tea of little sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and jam, and little sweets plus a cup of soup to start. Arriving at 5:00 or 5:30 works perfectly, but reservations are essential. $27.50 plus tax.
